  • How can I purchase EmpXtrack?

    You need to enroll for a trial before purchasing the product. We have various payment options that include credit cards, PayPal, direct deposits and POs. We process direct credit card payments through Stripe and also allow you to pay through PayPal. This allows you to pay on-line using any Credit/ Debit card including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Click & contact our Sales Team for any clarifications.   • How does billing happen?

    EmpXtrack supports a usage based billing. For modules such as Employee HRIS, Leave, Travel, Expense, Payroll, Attendance etc. you are billed monthly in advance based on the number of employees you enrolled for. The exact amount is available when you click on the ‘Find Exact Pricing’ button above. For modules such as Appraisal, Goal Sheet, 360 Feedback, Training Management etc you are billed on yearly basis. As an example, before you start Appraisal of employees, you have to make full payment for the year. Note: You may do as many appraisals for one employee for one yearly payment. For modules such as Applicant Tracking, we bill you on a monthly basis, as per the number of recruiters who will use the system.

  • Is there a minimum number of employee licenses?

    No, we expect you to buy licenses as per the number of employees in your organization. Our smallest customer has 12 employees and is using EmpXtrack since 3 years.

  • What is the maximum number of employees EmpXtrack can support?

    No restriction. We have many customers with 10,000+ employees.

  • How do you calculate pricing?

    We have a fairly elaborate mechanism to find the exact pricing. We offer discounts based on the number of modules chosen and the number of user licenses, and the transition is non-linear. In addition, the pricing displayed is regionally adjusted to reflect the cost of support staff in the particular region.

  • Can I change the number of employees/ licenses?

    We normally permit it once an year from the date of purchase, but are open to discussion for exceptional cases.

  • I want a different features / modules than those listed for each product. What do I do?

  • What features are offered in each product?

  • Why is the pricing for Recruitment Edition and Enterprise Edition not displayed?

    Recruitment Edition pricing will show up soon. However, you can use the Applicant Tracking module provided as a part of the Professional Edition. You will be allowed 1 recruiter for every 100 employee licenses purchased. For the Enterprise edition, details can be discussed with our Sales Team. Please provide your contact details.
